Why We Exist
An announcement is not an outcome. A company says it will build something, the number is large, and then the real questions start: was the deal signed, was the financing closed, did the plant reach production.
Nexairi keeps following. We track who signed what, who owes whom and who owns the equipment, and we say plainly when something is only announced. We translate, we do not amplify. Not a verdict, not a side. The record, laid out, so your own judgment can do the rest.

He covers the AI buildout: the data centers, chips, memory and power behind the announcements, and the companies and contracts that decide whether they happen.
